How To Steps:

1. Go to ANY YouTube Video
2. Right-click > Click on “View Page Source”
3. Press CTRL + F (To open the Find dialog)
4. Type: “keyword” (without the quotes)
5. It will find two items (skip the first one that is only the Meta and only has a few keywords.
6. Go to the second one you find and there you will find all the tags for the videos. (They are comma seperated).

Conclusion

If you do not check on others and determine what and how many tags they are using you may be off the mark yourself, continue to analyze if your tags are good and go back and change them as necessary.
