How To Steps

1. In a web browser navigate to: https://myfedloan.org/
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom and look for where it says Applications & Forms
3. In the new window that opens, expand “Forgiveness and Discharge Forms”
4. Select the one that says “Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) & Temporary Expanded PSLF (TEPSLF) Certification & Application”
5. You can submit it online or download it (at the time of this writing they had not worked out digital signatures so it was easier for us to just download it and submit it to the employer and have them submit it to the appropriate number located on the form.

Conclusion

It’s important to stay on top of the annual submissions so that the months you work for a qualifying employer count.
