FULL VIDEO REVIEW:

In this video, we talk about the “WordPress Error This Page does not seem to exist” and how we were able to resolve it.  Clue: name and email are reserved words and you must use something else in your code behind.

How To Steps

  1. Inside your code behind you can not use the words “name” or “email” that is what caused the error as they are reserved words in WordPress. Make sure when you are updating to remember to update both in your validation code as well as your HTML code.

Conclusion

This one took time to resolve and initially we were thinking it was a different problem entirely (word press bug that you can get around by clicking Save on the permalinks in wp-amind settings, but that turned out not to be the case and we were chasing a wild goose). Eventually, we did figure it out through the help of a lot of research, if this helped you please do remember to subscribe as each problem takes quite a bit of time to address.
